Welcome to Taste – Recipe Manager! Thank you for choosing this product. I, Thilo Kreisel, am the developer who created this mobile application (referred to as “App”).
The following describes the terms under which you can use the features and services provided by Taste. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
About Taste
Taste was developed to help manage recipes in a centralized and organized manner. You can create, import, and save recipes. Additionally, categories and tags make it easier to organize your recipes.
Content
As a user, you are responsible for all content when saving a recipe, whether it’s descriptions, photos, or other information. You affirm that you hold all necessary rights to use the content in the App and that the use of this content does not violate applicable laws or infringe on the rights of third parties.
Subscriptions
The Taste – Recipe Manager app is made available for free through the Apple App Store. All functionalities are at your disposal for testing purposes. However, there is a limitation on the number of recipes that can be stored. This limit can be removed by subscribing to a paid plan. Such a subscription can be purchased on a monthly or yearly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your recipes will remain stored even after your subscription expires; however, your access to any recipes exceeding the limit, as well as operations on these recipes (such as “Print” and “Share”), will be restricted unless you have an active subscription.
Payments
Apple handles all subscription payments and management. Your iTunes account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. For more details, please refer to Apple’s general terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
As the developer of the App, I am liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, especially in the event of injury to life, body, or health. In all other cases, liability is excluded.
Changes to the Terms of Use
I reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these changes. In case of changes, a badge will appear over the settings button within the App, alerting you to an update of the terms. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
